LocalRun Privacy Policy

LocalRun is a local errand and delivery service operated by NurdZero Technologies LLC ("LocalRun," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the LocalRun application and related services.

LocalRun does not require continuous background location tracking simply to use the application.

Account deletion requests are processed by LocalRun. Because some deletion requests may require manual processing, deletion may not occur immediately.

When an account is deleted, LocalRun will delete the account and associated personal information that we are not required or permitted to retain under applicable law or for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

If information must be retained for one of these reasons, it will be retained only as reasonably necessary for that purpose.
